​Tea DROPs Program Policy 



The new Tea DROPs program has been updated and launched as of August 11, 2024. The data from the previous program, including the DROPs, has been transferred and remains valid.


1. Requirement to Join


All members with an account on our online store have direct and free access to the Tea DROPs program. To participate in the program, you must register and/or log in to our website. Orders from non-member visitors will also accumulate DROPs, and these can be redeemed upon registering as a member using the same email address. Please note that DROPs from different accounts cannot be merged for use if you have multiple accounts registered with different email addresses.

2. How to Earn DROPs


- We give 500 DROPs as a welcome gift when you sign up on our website.


- By placing an order, you will earn 5-10 DROPs for every 1€ spent, depending on your Tea Addiction Tier.
 

- We’ll gift you 500 DROPs for each friend you refer who places an order. Your referred friends will also receive 500 DROPs when they create an account on our website. Head over to the Referral Rewards section.


3. How to Redeem DROPs


You can convert your DROPs directly into cash during checkout or redeem them as a discount coupon for your orders.

4. Expiration of DROPs

DROPs expire after 12 months of inactivity, starting from the date they were earned. After those 12 months, 25% of the unredeemed DROPs will expire in a rolling manner for customers who have not engaged in any activity during that period. Performing an activity, such as redeeming a part of your DROPs or earning more, can prevent them from expiring. We will send you an email 14 days before expiration to remind you to redeem them.


5. Tea Addiction Tier


The Tea Addiction Tiers consist of four levels: Tea Drinker, Tea Lover, Tea Addict, and Great Connoisseur. Each tier offers different rates for earning and redeeming DROPs. The tiers have an eligibility period of 2 years, which is applied retroactively. Your account will automatically join a tier based on the DROPs you have earned over the past 2 years, regardless of DROPs expiration or redemption.
