Our 2019 Shui Xian is an excellent choice for daily drinking. The dry leaves are stout and large, tightly rolled into pretty strips, indicating its high-quality harvest and exquisite processing technique. It has been roasted four times over slow charcoal fire throughout a period of 2 years, which allows it to be quite resistant to brewing and to give a continuous and stable tea soup in each infusion. All the proper characteristics of the Shui Xian varietal are apparent in this tea, presenting a decent orchid fragrance, a soft and smooth tea soup with wonderful texture and a long aftertaste.
