Our 2019 Da Hong Pao is definitely a carefully selected option among the thousands of Da Hong Pao that you can find on the market. It is roasted four times over a slow charcoal fire throughout a period of two years, so that the floral scent becomes subtle, and instead the ripe fruits note, and sweet honey hint are highlighted. The warming and tempting charcoal aroma is apparent both in the dry leaves and in the tea soup, mixed with a hint of caramel note. The tea soup is smooth but intense, giving a complex flavour with multiple layers and leaving a long and pleasant aftertaste.
