Together with our partner artist, the Greek painter Leni, we have crafted the new version of Art Tea: Naivete 2024. This time, we paired this delightful tea with an oil painting that the artist created specifically for our brand. In this exquisite artwork, a little girl is fully absorbed in preparing Gong Fu Cha, perfectly in the Chaozhou style!
Naivete 2024 uses raw material of the same varietal, the Yang Ta Da Bai Cha, but of a higher grade compared to the previous version. It is picked following the standard of one bud with one leaf or up to the second, resulting in a more tender and delicate harvest, with a visibly higher bud content. This creates even more refined and elegant profiles in both aroma and flavor, which will captivate any white tea enthusiast, making them absorbed in their tea just like the naive girl in the painting.
The 2022 version has been a popular tea among our drinkers. However, in comparison, Naivete 2024 stands out for its greater sweetness and freshness, as well as clearer and more vibrant fragrances. On the other hand, the privious version Naivete 2022 so far holds the advantage of its two years of aging, which adds a subtle depth to its character. Would you be interested in a comparative tasting of these two equally delightful versions?
