Lincang, where this tea comes from, is a remote city in the southwest Yunnan. Numerous different minorities reside in the area with their unique culture and tradition, whose music, dance, food and dress are exotic even for most of Chinese people. However, during the globalization in this modern age, it is a pity that these beautiful cultures and traditions go declining year by year. This is why we have associated this tea with the artwork of Roland, and named it after the painting as Kyrgyz Boy. Fortunately, we should take comfort that tea, as an important part of the local cultures of Lincang area, is coming up and becoming more and more acknowledged.
 
This is an excellent mid-age tea, rich in flavor, fruity, very sweet, with both bitterness and astringency barely perceptible, and with pleasant aging aroma that properly coincides with its age. On purpose or by accident, the combination of several factors results in a total success in this tea: the wild tea tree material sets the tone of wild mountain flavors; the relatively mature harvest, with bits of stems, lend smoothness and extra sweetness to the liquor; a decent quantity of Yabao that is blended in the brick makes its own contribution to the richness of tastes, and brings out a touch of freshness; the brick is tightly compressed, which provides an excellent microenvironment for aging. Although last point also causes difficulty in prying apart, but we have done the job for you and have broken it into smaller pieces, it loosens up easily when brewing.
