Bang Dong is also known as Bang Dong Da Xue Shan, which is one of the three Big Snow Moutains (Da Xue Shan) in Lincang area, where is abundant in Gushu resources. Bang Dong is not a well-known region, but if you learn that the famous Xi Gui village (Manglu Shan) is in Bang Dong area, it will not be difficult for you to locate it. Bang Dong village, where this particular tea comes from, is about 10km away from Xi Gui village and offers some flavors very similar to Xi Gui tea at more affordable prices than the latter; in fact, the two mentioned villages represent the best quality in the Bang Dong township.
 
This 2015 Bang Dong Gushu provides very vivid and structural flavors, presenting each taste in a clear way: energetic bitterness, moderate but perceivable astringency, manifest sweetness, and vigorous fruitiness. Furthermore, with the very quick and long-lasting Huigan, and under such perfect balance, you don't really feel it as a bitter tea. The proper aging process has conducted it to be a decent mid-age tea, very natural in all aspects, including flavors, aromas, and texture of the liquor.
