Gift Card Q&A
1. Is the gift card a physical card?
No, the gift card is a digital voucher sent via email—no shipping required! If you receive a complimentary bonus card as part of a promotion, it will also be delivered digitally. Please ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly.
2. Does the gift card balance need to be used all at once?
No, the gift card balance can be used across multiple orders. If the remaining balance is insufficient for an order, the payment can be completed using another method. However, the complimentary bonus card received in promotions must be used in a single transaction; any remaining balance will be lost after the first use.
3. How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards (including complimentary bonus cards) never expire! Your gift card is activated immediately upon purchase, while any complimentary bonus card (if applicable) will be sent to your email within 48 hours.
4. Do gift card purchases earn reward points in the Tea DROPs program?
Purchasing a gift card itself does not accumulate points in our Tea DROPs program. Points will be generated only when the gift card is used to place an order on our website.
5. Can the gift card and bonus card be sent to different recipients?
Yes, the gift card can be sent to your chosen recipient or yourself. The complimentary bonus card (if applicable) is sent to you by default unless specified otherwise.
