Dark Tea - Puerh 普洱

Dark tea refers to those teas of post-oxidation (or post-fermentation), usually including Puerh and Heicha, although some theories tend to exclude Puerh from this category.

 

Puerh has a protected designation of origin, so that the production is limited only in Yunnan province, China, using the large-leaf indigenous varietals, with some exceptions of a small amount that are made from medium-leaf varietals. One of the charms of Puerh is in its aging, under proper storage conditions, the flavors and aromas transform, the longer aged, the more complex and delicious it will be.In order to find the best refined tastes, we only work with small and limited batches, but from a wide range of prestigious tea mountains.
